The State of Missouri, at the relation of the State Highway Commission, brought this proceeding to condemn certain real estate for highway purposes in DeKalb County. A fraction of an acre was taken along the road frontage on Highway 36 from a tract owned by the defendants herein, and a gravel road was constructed parallel to the highway and between defendants' new frontage and the highway.
