Appellees are husband and wife who obtained a judgment against the deceased's estate for $2,000 for various services performed in taking care of a rooming house owned by Rider pursuant to an alleged agreement to compensate the appellees for their services.

Appellees' petition alleged an express agreement entered into on or about November 25, 1944...
