This is a petition by the Hope Natural Gas Company asking that we review and modify an order of the Federal Power Commission. In September 1949, Hope filed with the Commission, pursuant to section 4 (d) of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 717c(d), a new schedule of rates, materially increasing the rates charged to five of its six wholesale customers. On October 31, 1949, the Commission entered an order providing for a hearing on the reasonableness...
