This litigation rises from a conditional sales contract by which Julian Engineering Company, an Illinois corporation, sold to the defendants a prefabricated smoke-house for $6,000. $2,000 was paid in cash when the goods were delivered and the balance of $4,000 was represented by a promissory note payable in monthly installments of $167 each.
