Plaintiff averred these facts: that defendant owned and operated a rock quarry in Jefferson County, Missouri, near Horine Road, a road to the west of a U. S. highway; that in the operation of the quarry defendant possessed, used, and controlled dynamite caps which were dangerous agencies,
