In our opinion, appellant's testimony before the Grand Jury was palpably false, patently evasive, and deliberately designed to conceal the truth and to withhold from the jury what he actually knew. (Matter of Grand Jury, Co. of Kings [Reardon], 278 App. Div. 206.)
