PER CURIAM.

This action was brought by appellants as plaintiffs to recover commissions on two sales of textiles, the first being for 33,000 yards of herringbone twill, and the second being for 200,000 yards of shelter half duck. At the trial without a jury the court denied recovery for sale of the 33,000 yards of herringbone twill but allowed recovery for sale of the 200,000 yards of shelter half duck. This appeal is from that part of the judgment allowing recovery...
