PER CURIAM.

The defendant was convicted of the crime of intoxication and was ordered to pay a fine of $25 and costs and in default of the payment of said fine ordered to jail for seven days. The defendant has appealed and the record in connection with the case is presented to us on a clerk's transcript. We have examined the entire record and find no error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
