PER CURIAM.

The defendant was convicted of the crime of carrying a pistol, concealed or otherwise in a vehicle operated by him, without a license therefor, contrary to Section 695.2, Code 1950, I.C.A., and was ordered to pay a fine of $250 and costs and in default of payment of fine to be confined in the Benton County, Iowa jail for a period of 75 days. The defendant has appealed and the record in connection with this case is presented to us on a clerk's transcript...
