Action for damages for personal injuries sustained through defendant's negligence. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff for $15,000 but the trial court, on motion, set the verdict and judgment aside and entered judgment for defendant and, in the alternative, granted a new trial on account of erroneous instructions.
