Garland Bridges, in December, 1948, brought an equitable petition against Ralph Brackett et al., seeking to enjoin the defendants from trespassing on a tract of 28 acres of land in land lot 1002 of the 11th district, 1st section of Lumpkin County, and to quiet the plaintiff's title to said tract.
