This is a patent suit involving United States Letters Patent No. 2,206,762 issued July 2, 1940, to plaintiff Breeden for "holders for caskets or the like" on application filed October 12, 1938.

In his complaint plaintiff alleged infringement and asks for an injunction against further infringement, an accounting, treble damages, costs of suit, and attorney's fees. Defendant answered, alleging invalidity of patent and denying infringement...
