This is an original proceeding in the nature of prohibition. On July 1, 1952, the city of Aurora filed its petition in the district court of Arapahoe county for condemnation of certain land therein described, being a part of a cemetery owned by the Beth Medrosh Hagodol Cemetery Association, a nonprofit, Colorado corporation. At an ex parte hearing on that date, the court entered its order finding that the petitioner was entitled to take possession...
