This is a suit for damages by reason of an automobile collision occurring in Donley County. Suit was filed by appellees, Barney Horton and Mrs. V. H. Siddle, against appellant, M. M. Donalson, for the sum of $1,536.50 by reason of alleged property damages and personal injuries sustained as a result of the said collision.
