This is a proceeding brought pursuant to the provisions of the LSA-R.S. 47:2228 and Section 11 of Article 10 of the State Constitution to have confirmed to the plaintiff the title to an undivided interest in a certain property in the Parish of East Baton Rouge which was acquired by his vendor, R. J. Hummel, at a tax sale on July 20, 1931, the tax deed having been recorded in the Conveyance Records of that Parish on July 23, 1931. All formalities...
