Plaintiff-appellant, owner of real estate in the City of St. Louis, challenged the city's real property tax assessment for 1950. Defendants-respondents are the members of the state tax commission and the city assessor and city collector. The commission sustained the assessment and upon review the circuit court dismissed plaintiff's petition. Plaintiff appealed.
