This appeal involves the constitutionality of Act 487 of 1949, commonly called the Use Tax Act, and also involves an interpretation of paragraph (d) of Section 6 of the Act.

There is no dispute about the facts, all of which were stipulated, and there is no question about the procedure by which the issues are presented to this court.
