This is an appeal from a judgment in the district court of Jefferson County in a Workmen's Compensation suit.

The only controversy in the trial court and on appeal is the question of the extent of disability suffered by the appellee. Black, the appellee, was a carpenter employed by the B. F. Goodrich Company at Port Neches and while working there in the course of his employment suffered an injury to his left ankle when a heavy board...
