Plaintiff, R. L. Jones, Jr., brought this action for benefits alleged to arise under the Workmen's Compensation Act against William T. Berry and Mercer Scott, doing business in the names of Scott Motor Company, and their compensation insurer, the Fidelity and Casualty Company. His demands were rejected by the trial court and it is from this judgment that he appeals.
