1. Ground 4 (Special Ground 1) of the motion for a new trial assigns error on the order of the trial court denying and overruling the defendant's motion for a change of venue. In his brief in this court, defendant's counsel states that he "cannot urge this ground", and we will, accordingly, treat the same as abandoned by the defendant.
