In 1923 plaintiff Frank Stevenson purchased land on Drummond Island in Chippewa county, Michigan, described as lot 1, section 10, town 42 north, range 6 east, south of his family homestead on lot 5 of section 3. Lot 1 is bounded on the west by Potagannissing Bay, an arm of Lake Huron, on the south by lot 2 of section 10, which is owned by defendants Arne V. Aalto and wife and Viesta Wills, and on the east by a county road. Stevenson sought to quiet title...
