In this action to recover damages in the sum of $45,000 for personal injuries, the jury returned a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff has appealed from the ensuing judgment. Plaintiff was injured when he, a pedestrian, and defendant's streetcar collided at the northwest corner of the intersection of defendant's Hodiamont streetcar tracks and Union Boulevard in St. Louis.
