On February 25, 1949, Idella M. Lanham, unmarried, Noel H. Lanham and Marjorie S. Lanham, his wife, grantors, conveyed to S.D. McGill, as trustee for S.D. McGill II (Emphasis supplied), grantee, certain lands and the building thereon located in the City of Jacksonville. The deed was one of bargain and sale.
