Hoover, as plaintiff, filed his petition in the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county, Oklahoma, on the 31st day of August, 1949, against the Milwaukee Mechanics Insurance Company and the Baltimore American Insurance Company, referred to herein as the Milwaukee Company and the Baltimore Company, respectively.
