This is an action to recover indemnity for loss under the terms of an insurance policy issued by defendant to plaintiff. The loss consists of damage to one of plaintiff's furnaces which exploded on February 16, 1948 while located at the Altha Works of the Crucible Steel Company in Harrison, New Jersey.
