The appeal is from a "take nothing" judgment entered in favor of defendant Company upon its motion for summary judgment in an action begun by plaintiffs H. H. Hamilton and J. R. Rich to recover contractual liquidated damages for alleged breach of a written contract; which writing provided for a farm-out to Stekoll of a portion of the oil and gas leasehold acreage to be acquired by Hamilton and Rich under contract with named landowners in consideration...
