1. It is contended that the court erred in overruling the motion to dismiss the claim on the ground of alleged insufficiency of the bond. The claimant is required to give bond "in a sum not larger than double the amount of the execution levied," except that, where the property levied on is of less value than the execution, the amount of the bond "shall be double the value of the property levied upon."
