Appellant Eddie Frazer was found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court of Scott County, Missouri, on a charge based on Section 563.160, RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S., which relates to the molestation of a minor. The jury assessed a punishment of three years' imprisonment in the State Penitentiary. From the judgment entered, the defendant appealed.
