This was an action to recover damages for wrongful death. The defendant's demurrer to the plaintiff's amended petition was sustained and she appeals.

In her amended petition plaintiff alleged that she was the widow of Vernon G. Shideler, deceased, and the mother of his two minor children and that his estate had not been administered nor a personal representative...
