TIETJENS, Judge:

The Commissioner determined the following deficiencies in taxpayer's income tax:

  1945 ..................  $ 2,964.43
  1946 ..................   12,861.94
  1947 ..................   27,921.30

The deficiency for 1945 is not in dispute. The other deficiencies are contested. Certain adjustments are conceded, however, and the sole issue...
