This is a consolidation of two separate actions brought by the plaintiffs alleging infringement of a process patent, United States Letters Patent No. 1,921,368, issued on August 8, 1933 and relating to a process of coating paper. The coated paper produced by plaintiff and defendant by use of processes claimed by plaintiffs to be covered by the patent in suit is the kind used by popular magazines such as Life and Look.
