This is an appeal by defendant Jack M. Merritt from a judgment for plaintiff Jacob Huyck against Merritt and Lambert Lapacek in an action to recover damages for personal injuries received by Huyck in a collision between an automobile driven by Merritt and one driven by Lapacek, in the latter of which plaintiff was a passenger for hire.
