B. W. Pace and his brother, J. M. Pace, and their sister, Mollie, lived on 240 acres owned by B. W. Neither was married and their home life appears to have been marked by conventional tranquillity quite in keeping with their rural surroundings and self-sufficiency. The land had been owned by B. W. since 1895 and the three occupied the same house until Mollie died in 1939 and B. W. died in 1942.
