This is an appeal by Valley & Siletz Railroad Company from a decree of the circuit court which affirmed an order entitled No. 25218 entered July 7, 1950, by George H. Flagg, Public Utilities Commissioner. Order No. 25218 prescribed rates for intrastate log shipments on the line of the appellant railroad.
