The controlling question presented on this appeal is as to the correctness of the ruling of the trial court in changing the answer relating to the negligence of the defendant as a proximate cause of the collision from "Yes" to "No." That question read in part: "Was such negligence on the part of the driver of the hearse ... a proximate cause of the collision in question?"
