Through an information filed by the Massachusetts Bar Association, and through a report of an attorney designated to conduct proceedings relative thereto, there were brought to the attention of this court a number of charges of misconduct on the part of the respondent, a member of the bar, who is also the judge of the District Court of Williamstown. There was a trial before a single justice of this court, who made findings of fact in considerable detail...
