Plaintiff, Louise Stone, brought this action against defendant Ethel Lobsien, to have the title to certain real property quieted and to have it determined that defendant, the record title holder, holds such title in trust for plaintiff. The trial court found that there was a resulting trust, and entered its judgment accordingly. Defendant appeals.
