BOSLAUGH, Justice.

Appellant sued appellee for damages on account of personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by her because of negligence of appellee. Appellant was at the time she received the alleged injuries an employee of appellee, an interstate common carrier, and she based her action on the provisions of the Federal Employers' Liability Act. 45 U.S.C.A., § 51, p. 118.
