This is an appeal in a suit brought to condemn a sewer system which had been constructed by the Belle Haven Realty Corporation of Fairfax County, Virginia, and which served persons who had purchased building lots from that corporation. The suit was instituted in 1944 "to acquire an easement for the construction and operation of sewer pipes in land occupied by sewer pipes" of the corporation.
