An interlocutory judgment of divorce in favor of plaintiff wife was entered on May 23, 1950. Thereafter both parties moved for a new trial. By its minute order of September 1, 1950, the trial court denied plaintiff's motion. In denying defendant's motion, the court, pursuant to section 662, Code of Civil Procedure, modified the judgment by reducing the $750 award of attorney's fees to plaintiff's counsel...
