This is a plea-of-privilege case. Appellee brought this suit in one of the district courts of Harris County against appellants, husband and wife, who did business under the name of Banana Supply Company, to recover damages on account of the following accident, which happened in Harris County on August 17, 1950: One Jiminez, an employee of appellants, acting in the scope of his employment, was driving toward Houston on Highway 290 in a 1947 G. M. C....
