This is an action to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff at the station of defendant railroad company in Wolsey, Beadle county, this state. The accident occurred in the late evening of May 27, 1949. Plaintiff who was a carrier of passengers and mail between Huron and Wolsey and had been so engaged for a considerable time met all passenger trains arriving at and departing from defendant's station at Wolsey.
