Jack L. Evans, the plaintiff, is a judgment creditor of Dale W. Trude. He brings this suit to set aside as fraudulent the debtor's deed to the defendant, Pearl Trude, his mother. He also seeks a declaration that Dale W. Trude is the owner of an undivided one-half interest in the premises described therein subject to the lien of plaintiff's judgment.
