This is an action by a wife against her husband to recover for support which she claims he failed to provide in the past and for an order directing him to provide support in the future. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendant and the plaintiff has appealed. Prior to the commencement of the action, the plaintiff had instituted suit for divorce; she obtained a decree of divorce before the case at bar came to trial.
