This is a personal injury suit. The trial judge overruled a motion for a directed verdict. The case went to a jury with damages awarded to plaintiff. On motion for a new trial the verdicts were set aside, and directed verdicts were given for the defendant, on the ground that there was no actionable negligence on the part of the defendant.
