This proceeding is pending on writ of error previously granted by a member of the court who, at the same time, denied certiorari and supersedeas to stay the enforcement of a support allowance for the children of the parties. The case has now been fully argued before the court on the assignment of error that the judgment awarding the allowance is void and of no effect.
