Plaintiff, Ella Wright, brought this proceeding in which she alleged personal injuries were sustained in a collision between a bicycle she was riding and an automobile owned by Mr. Emele Goudeau, operated at the time by his wife, Mrs. Eliska L. Goudeau. The automobile was insured against public liability and property damage, and Mrs. Goudeau and the insurer were made parties defendant.
