This is a suit to foreclose a chattel mortgage commenced by F. (Frank) T. Glaser, William Glaser, D. (David) E. Turnidge, and P. (Percy) L. Turnidge. The defendant, Slate Construction Company, counterclaimed to recover from the plaintiffs the reasonable rental value of certain personal property.
