This is an action of tort to recover compensation for personal injuries. After the return of a verdict for the plaintiff under leave reserved the judge denied, subject to their exception, a motion of the defendants for the entry of a verdict in their favor.

There was evidence that the plaintiff was employed by the defendants, who were husband and wife, in their home in Worcester as a practical nurse...
