Action to recover the amount of principal, interest and attorneys' fees alleged to be due on two described notes. The execution, delivery and non-payment of the notes was admitted and the cause was defended on the ground of want of consideration and fraud. Trial to a jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiffs for $65,187.31, being the amount of principal, interest and attorneys' fees claimed to be
